In-House Content Creator Video Shoot, Edit & Livestream

ABOUT THE ROLE TTRacing is a fast-growing premium gaming chair brand built on ultimate comfort and ergonomic performance — and we're scaling fast across Indonesia. We're looking for a charismatic, high-energy In-House Content Creator to be the face and voice of the brand on camera. If you live for viral short-form video, love hosting live streams, and can take a product and make it look irresistible, this is your stage. This is a hands-on, end-to-end creator role. You'll help shape our content direction, then bring it to life yourself — shooting, editing, being great on camera, and owning the day-to-day of planning, scheduling, and posting across our channels. You'll work closely with the marketing team, and your content will front our entire Indonesia push.

WHAT YOU'LL DO • Plan, schedule, and publish content across our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), keeping the content calendar on track and posting consistently. • Help shape the content strategy — what to post, when, and why — turning campaign goals, trends, and performance data into a clear posting plan.

• Shoot and edit scroll-stopping short-form video — product highlights, lifestyle storytelling, and commercial pieces — taking a brief from idea to final cut largely on your own. • Host TikTok Live and livestream sessions on camera. • Cover offline events (showroom activations, pop-ups, launches, trade shows) with on-site shooting — behind-the-scenes, highlight reels, and live coverage for same-day or next-day posting.

• Capture and edit UGC-style testimonials and customer content in-store and at events. • Repurpose every shoot for maximum output — turn one livestream or event into several short clips. • Ride the trends: track trending sounds, formats, and hashtags in the Indonesian market and adapt your shooting and editing to match.

• Draft quick captions and hooks for the fast-turnaround content you shoot and post yourself (primary captions sit with the Social Media team). • Handle basic on-site audio and lighting (lav mic, portable light) for interviews, testimonials, and livestreams. • Keep an organized, backed-up footage and asset library, and work to the marketing calendar so content ships on time.
