PISON GROUP is a hospitality company operating in the restaurant industry. This role is designed for an energetic and service-oriented individual to support daily restaurant operations. The Runner is responsible for ensuring a smooth dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, assisting the service team, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Tanggung jawab: Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and promptly; Assist servers in maintaining smooth dining operations; Clear and reset tables efficiently during and after service; Support cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas; Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams regarding orders; Assist with guest requests in a friendly and professional manner; Follow company service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times; Help ensure guests receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred; Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods; Willingness to learn and support operational needs.
