• Review, categorize, and analyze user feedback, complaints, and suggestions from various channels
• Identify recurring issues and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding user-reported and product-related concerns
• Maintain feedback tracking systems and ensure timely updates
• Prepare reports related to user feedback and platform issues
• Escalate critical or high-impact issues when necessary
• Represent the voice of the customer within the organization
• Maintain professional communication with users across social media channels
• Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service / Social Media / Community Management
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Customer service mindset with the ability to handle complaints professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is preferred)
• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
• Familiar with X, Telegram, Trustpilot, and Google Play
• Familiar with CRM tools such as Zendesk
