About the role PT Tigris Inovatif Solusi is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our team in Tabanan, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care. This role is integral to our company's success, as you will directly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst supporting our sales and administrative operations. Key responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with purchasing decisions Process customer orders, returns and complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records and account information in the company database Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate departments or senior staff members Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty Collaborate with sales and administrative teams to resolve customer issues and meet customer expectations Provide feedback on customer concerns and market trends to help improve products and services Meet performance targets for response times, customer satisfaction scores and other key performance indicators What we're looking
