The Customer Service KYB (Know Your Business) role is responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of documents and information provided by customers. The role involves analyzing customer data to identify potential discrepancies or suspicious activities. The incumbent will use available systems, databases, and tools to support verification and risk assessment processes. Additionally, the role requires staying updated with SOP changes, regulations, and compliance requirements related to the KYB process.
