Customer Service E Commerce Surakarta - Solo Grand Mall Qualification: -Minimum D3 any Major. -Minimum GPA 2,75 -Experience Minimum 1 year in Call Center -Fresh Graduate are Welcome. -Communicative. -Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday. -Willing to place in SURAKARTA (SOLO RAYA) Responsibilities: -Answering an Incoming Calls, Chats and Respond to Emails. -Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and Social Media. -Provide Customers about Product and Service Information. -Identify and Escalate Priority Issues. -Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures. -Complete All Call Logs. -Updating customers profile into computer. -Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
