Storekeeper

Role Objectives: We are seeking a diligent and organized Storekeeper to join our team at Discovery Mall Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the efficient operation of the store, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The Storekeeper will oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, supplies, and equipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders Record stock movements accurately in inventory management systems Store goods in a clean, organized, and secure manner, following company procedures

Prepare and issue requested stock to internal departments or retail tenants within the mall Monitor stock levels regularly and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed Conduct periodic stocktaking and assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies

Report any damaged, expired, or missing stock items to the Operations or Procurement team Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and rotation of inventory (FIFO system when applicable) Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the storeroom or stock area

Collaborate with suppliers, delivery personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth stock flow Support logistics for mall promotions, events, or seasonal activities requiring merchandise handling Operate store equipment (e.g., pallet jack, barcode scanner) safely and efficiently
