Position: Cook Location: Deli Uluwatu – Bali We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our growing kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who already has solid kitchen experience, works well under pressure, and is committed to maintaining high food quality and operational standards. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as Cook or equivalent position in a busy restaurant, café, or casual dining establishment.
Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication, teamwork, discipline, and positive attitude
Able to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate independently Available to join immediately or within a short notice period
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare ingredients and perform daily mise en place according to kitchen requirements
- Cook and plate menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and portion control
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and FIFO procedures
- Assist with stock management and waste control
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and report directly to senior chefs
