Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Writer, KOL Strategist, or in a similar role. Strong ability to develop creative briefs, storylines, and scripts for KOL or social media content.

Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics such as views, engagement, watch time, and CTR. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Writer to join our beauty brand team. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling, on-brand, and engaging copy that connects with our audience and enhances the overall storytelling of our products and
Develop creative briefs, storylines, and scripts for KOL content based on the campaign objectives
Create content angles and storytelling flows that align with each KOL's style and target audience
Brief KOLs on key messages, content flow, and mandatory campaign requirements to ensure brand consistency
Conduct research on social media trends across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram to support content planning
Analyze KOL video performance (e.g., views, engagement, watch time, CTR) and provide insights for future content optimization
Review KOL content drafts to ensure they meet the approved brief and brand guidelines
Collaborate with the KOL and Creative teams to ensure content production is delivered on time and meets campaign requirements
