HAP Indonesia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a contract-based role in the Riau Islands. This position is pivotal for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role bridges the gap between strategic project objectives and on-site execution. You will be responsible for managing teams, resources, and stakeholder relationships across multiple project phases, ensuring compliance with HSE protocols and technical specifications.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards; Manage teams, resources, and stakeholder relationships; Enforce HSE safety protocols; Prepare and deliver motivational presentations and innovative proposals.
Kualifikasi: Minimum bachelor's degree in any Engineering disciplines; More than 12 years of comprehensive experience in Construction Management; Minimum 8 years in projects or facilities related to oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, geothermal energy, or power plants; Proven experience as a Construction Manager for EPC/EPCI projects or as principal construction representative for multinational companies; Experience managing projects with contract values of at least IDR 200 billion; Experience managing no less than 200 contractor personnel; Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, HSE (K3L) applications, constructability reviews, quality standards, and progress measurement; Proficiency in business administration and contract principles; Strong leadership and mentorship skills; Good English proficiency; Proficient in driving a manual car with a valid driver's license.
