Our villa management/real estate company, established in 2009, is seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to manage our online presence and grow the visibility of our brand across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities : 1. Social Media Management : Create, plan and publish engaging content on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring consistency across all channels. 2. Meta Ads : Set up, manage and optimize advertising campaigns to maximise strong leads. 3. Video Content : Film and edit videos for YouTube and social media to showcase our villas and services. 4. SEO & overall visibility : Apply SEO best practices to improve our online presence, with the goal of increasing visibility on AI search tools and more. 5. Brand Identity : Build and maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across all platforms. 6. Reporting : Provide regular updates on performance and engagement. Requirements & Skills : 1. Indonesian, with good level of English (spoken and written) required. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience. 3. High availability required, managing content for 40+ villas. 4. Strong organizational skills and creativity.
