Posisi ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam dalam merumuskan dan mengembangkan struktur harga, serta kemampuan analisis pasar yang komprehensif untuk mendukung strategi perusahaan. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola biaya transportasi, subsidi, dan pengeluaran terkait lainnya, serta melakukan studi kelayakan gudang dari aspek harga, viabilitas, dan keamanan. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi erat dengan pelanggan dan principal untuk memastikan strategi penetapan harga, profitabilitas pelanggan, dan bauran produk berjalan secara optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Has a detailed understanding of pricing structure formulation and development; Possesses strong capabilities in conducting comprehensive market analysis; Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills with both customers and principals; Knowledgeable in managing transportation costs, subsidies, and other related expenses; Capable of conducting warehouse feasibility studies regarding pricing, viability, and security; Skilled in customer segmentation and providing insights for customer management strategies; Proficient in inventory management across multiple locations/warehouses, including procurement, timing, and buffer stock; Experienced in providing recommendations on pricing, customer profitability, product mix, and commercial strategy; Responsible for preparing periodic commercial performance reports and analyses; This position for AKR subsidiary : PT Anugerah Lubrindo Raya (Lubricant); Job Requirement.
Kualifikasi: 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, business development, and pricing; Experienced in developing selling pricelists through the processing and analysis of COGS, VAREX, and OPEX data; Demonstrates a solid professional background within the logistics and transportation industry; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
