Cashier

About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cashier to join the team at Locca Sea House in Bali. This is a full-time position based in our vibrant beachfront retail environment. As a Cashier, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, managing transactions, handling payments, and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of our establishment. This role is crucial to maintaining smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Key responsibilities Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout

Balance the till at the start and end of each shift, reconciling cash drawers and identifying discrepancies Handle customer enquiries and resolve payment-related issues professionally and courteously Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the checkout area and surrounding space

Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policy Monitor stock levels and communicate with team members regarding product availability Assist with visual merchandising and product displays as required

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols whilst working in our retail environment What we're looking for Previous experience working as a Cashier
