An IT Business Partner is required for a client in the banking industry to support application development initiatives. The role acts as a bridge between business users and the technical team, ensuring that system development projects are documented, analyzed, and aligned with the company's business needs. The position is project-based and requires a candidate who can manage stakeholder expectations, conduct business process analysis, and support the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production implementation.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct business requirement analysis and translate them into system requirements.; Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors in application development and enhancement.; Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis (As-Is & To-Be), and prepare functional documentation.; Support the application development process from analysis, development, testing (SIT/UAT), to production implementation.; Ensure that the developed solutions align with business needs and company standards.; Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle..
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as IT Business Analyst / System Analyst.; Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and BRD.; Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application development projects.; Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.; Good communication and stakeholder management skills.; Experience working in financial services, fintech, or multifinance industry is a plus.; Available to join immediately or within a short notice period..
