Assistant Maintenance is a technical role responsible for overseeing the mechanical department and ensuring the efficiency of production processes. The role is based in the Riau region and focuses on the maintenance and repair of palm oil mill (PKS) machinery or other technical equipment. The incumbent is expected to manage the entire maintenance cycle, from planning and execution to reporting, while ensuring all activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Additionally, the role requires strong leadership to coordinate team members and the ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of the mill.
