Business Strategy Analyst

Job Summary! We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Strategy to support the development and execution of strategic business in our FMCG Business. This role is responsible for conducting market and business analyses, evaluating growth opportunities, performing industry and competitive research, and supporting new business projects from planning to implementation. Responsibilities: Conduct valuation and pricing analyses for potential new product rollouts, market expansions, or commercial partnerships

Perform comprehensive desktop research on macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape Synthesize research findings into structured summaries (e.g., SWOT Analyses, market sizing models) to spot growth opportunities or risks Perform and control project documentation using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodologies.

Perform and controlling using the work balance sheet (WBS) Coordinated with the new business project timeline, Create project charter Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from reputable university Minimum 2 year of experience in business strategy, preferably from a strategic consulting company Strong analytical and financial skills with experience in market research, business valuation, pricing analysis, financial modeling, market sizing, and business case development .

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, Power Query) and Microsoft PowerPoint for data analysis, financial modeling, and executive presentations. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior management. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
