About the Role 1. Support end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments from origin to destination. 2. Handle and prepare shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations in compliance with international trade regulations.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient logistics processes. 4. Monitor shipment status, track cargo movements, and respond quickly to resolve any operational or clearance issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of transactions, documentation, and shipment data.
6. Communicate effectively with overseas partners and internal stakeholders to support daily operations. 7. Identify potential improvements in logistics and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency. Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 2. Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in export-import, logistics, or supply chain is a plus but not mandatory (candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome). 3. Quick response, detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills 5. Able to work independently as well as in a team. 6. Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
