Sebagai seorang Barista, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh dalam menyiapkan dan menyajikan aneka minuman panas maupun dingin sesuai standar operasional yang ditetapkan. Peran ini juga mengharuskan Anda untuk menjaga kebersihan area kerja, mengoperasikan mesin kopi secara aman, mengelola sistem kasir (POS), serta memberikan rekomendasi menu dengan sikap profesional dan proaktif kepada para tamu.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and alcohol; Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers; Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, bar, and equipment; Accurately handle orders using the POS system; Restock and rotate inventory, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients; Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently; Educate guests on the menu and make recommendations when asked.
Kualifikasi: High school or vocational school graduate, preferably from hospitality or barista related education; Must have minimum 1 year experience as a barista in a café, coffee shop, or bistro; Solid knowledge of coffee beverages, basic espresso techniques, and drink preparation; Able to operate coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment properly and safely; Familiar with POS systems and able to handle orders accurately; Good customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude; Understand basic food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards; Able to work in a fast-paced environment, in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
