Cake Empire sedang melakukan ekspansi dan membuka butik dessert café baru. Kami mencari individu yang ramah, energik, dan memiliki semangat tinggi dalam dunia hospitality untuk bergabung dalam tim kami. Sebagai Barista & Café Attendant, Anda akan berperan penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman berkesan bagi setiap tamu. Tugas Anda meliputi pembuatan kopi dan minuman berkualitas, melayani tamu dengan profesional, serta memastikan kebersihan dan kerapian area café.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages; Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude; Take orders, serve food and drinks; Present and explain our range of cakes, desserts, and beverages; Operate the POS system and process customer payments; Keep the café, seating area, and beverage station clean, organised, and well presented; Restock displays and assist with opening and closing duties; Work closely with the kitchen team.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience as a barista or in a café or hospitality environment is preferred; Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service; Positive attitude; Excellent communication skills; Well presented, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Team player.
