Job Title: Barista Work Location: Jakarta Salary Range: 5-7 JUTA I. Job Responsibilities 1. Prepare various types of coffee (espresso, pour-over, latte art, specialty blends), ensuring consistent quality. 2. Responsible for the daily operation, cleaning, and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders. 3. Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and showroom, and adhere to food safety regulations. 4. Greet customers and provide excellent service. 5. Assist the Digital Marketing team with content shoots as needed. (Optional) 6. Assist with inventory preparation, raw material inventory, and cost control. II. Job Requirements 1. Male or female. 2. High school/technical secondary school diploma or above. 3. Prior barista/coffee shop experience preferred; training provided for those without experience but passionate about coffee. 4. Proficiency in espresso, milk frothing, and latte art is preferred.
