
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What we're looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Hospitality industry. Strong understanding of F&B products, services, and operational standards, particularly those implemented at Sotoku Makassar.
Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including customer service, kitchen operations, administration, inventory management, and cost control. Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, develop, and manage team performance effectively. Capable of developing, implementing, and evaluating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
Strong understanding of Quality Control processes to ensure products and services consistently meet company standards. Knowledgeable in Hygiene, Sanitation, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety standards, with the ability to implement them effectively. Proficient in operating restaurant management systems, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other business-support applications.
Capable of preparing operational reports, analyzing business performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to support business objectives. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays, and to travel for business purposes when required.
