About the role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Mandarin to join our team at PT Global Jet Express Cabang Yogyakarta in Yogyakarta Special Region. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the company's operations and growth. What you'll be doing Providing administrative and operational support to the management team
Assisting with the coordination of projects and daily tasks Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients in Mandarin Preparing reports, presentations and other documentation as required
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the business Ensuring efficient office management and maintaining office systems and procedures What we're looking for
Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Minimum 1 years' experience in an administrative or assistant manager role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite Flexible, adaptable and able to work well within a team Proactive and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
