Branch Manager - Yogyakarta

Requirements: Preferably having Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. Good in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills, while having strong analytical and organisational capabilities.

Good understanding of daily branch operations and finding potential corporations to be our customers. Preferably having at least 7 years of experience as a Branch Manager in the Tour & Travel industry (both Operations and Sales). Expert in using GDS System i.e., Galileo, Sabre, etc.

Placement: Yogyakarta Responsibilities: A. Budget Management & Planning

Create and manage the budget for the branches under supervision. Develop strategies to achieve branch targets and ensure all departments implement these strategies. Responsible for achieving the operational profit target of the supervised branches.

B. Sales Actively seek potential customers and develop services/products. Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
