This role is part of a high-performing team focused on managing financing transactions and special projects for the brand and its subsidiaries. The team works to achieve financial objectives through strategic initiatives and global expansion. The position involves supporting the structuring and execution of financing initiatives, utilizing financial modeling to analyze cash flows, assessing risks, and optimizing deal structures. The incumbent will also maintain structured financing transactions, such as ABS, and collaborate on the analysis and negotiation of strategic partnerships to secure long-term capital.
Tanggung jawab: Supporting the structuring and execution of various strategic and financing initiatives; Utilize financial modelling skills to analyze cash flows, assess risk factors, and optimize deal structures; Ongoing maintenance of structured financing transactions (such as ABS); Collaborate on the analysis and negotiation of strategic partnerships to secure long-term, sustainable capital that fuels our global expansion initiatives; Any other special projects on an ad hoc basis on a group level.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance or a related field; Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time working experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or Asset-backed Securities (ABS), preferably dealing with fintech lending companies; Strong communication skills; Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
