Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Supervisor from the beauty industry to lead sales teams, expand market presence, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and develop the sales team within the assigned area. * Ensure the achievement of sales and distribution targets. * Monitor sales activities and team performance on a regular basis.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share. * Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and customers. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

* Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports. Qualifications * Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
