NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

About the role We are seeking a National Sales Manager to join PT. Lasallefood Indonesia in a pivotal leadership position. This is a full-time role based in Cileungsi, West Java, where you will drive sales strategy and oversee the commercial performance of our national operations. As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Sales Team, Developing Market Strategies, and ensuring we achieve and exceed our revenue targets across all regions. This role is critical to the growth and success of our organization, positioning you at the heart of our commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities Developing and implementing comprehensive National Sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue objectives. Leading, managing and motivating a geographically dispersed sales team to drive performance and engagement.

Setting sales targets, monitoring KPIs and ensuring accountability across all regional teams. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and accounts to secure business growth. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.

Managing the sales budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation across the national territory. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching and development support to team members. Representing the sales function at senior management level and providing regular performance reports to the executive team.

Driving product knowledge and sales excellence initiatives across the team. Coordinating with marketing, operations and supply chain functions to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives. What we're looking for
