Job Description : Develop and implement design planning for each project entered into the NPD or Salesforce system. Develop prototypes at the laboratory scale. Validate laboratory-scale processes where sample quality has been approved by the customer (internal or external). Create the production version in SAP (material registration, BOM, MR). Conduct pilot-scale trials together with the production team to ensure product consistency. Validate production-scale results together with the production team. Maintain cleanliness and technical functionality of the Research & Development laboratory to ensure smooth research and development activities. Control inventory of required laboratory materials and equipment. Propose requests for procurement of required materials and equipment. Requirements : Bachelor's degree major in Biotechnology / Food Technology / Chemistry. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role as R&D with a focus on functional extracts. Having experience in the field of Extract & Functional Ingredients. Strong self-initiative, good coordination skills, proactive in learning new things, and strong analytical skills.
