• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly implemented, covering cleanliness and grooming standards, food presentation, and food quality
• Ensure that all products served in the store meet the company’s quality standards and are ready for sale
• Ensure that ordering of goods and raw materials is aligned with store stock levels to maintain optimal inventory
• Manage the operational budget and ensure the store operates efficiently, without compromising service quality or product standards
• Conduct sales forecasting for the following week in collaboration with the Supervisor
• Develop action plans for underperforming stores and create improvement and development strategies for stores that achieve or exceed targets
• Prepare and submit periodic store visit reports to the Operational Manager
