ROLE PURPOSE : We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Batam branch. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving business growth, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Branch Operations Management Oversee daily branch operations and performance. Ensure efficiency, service quality, and achievement of business objectives.
Resolve operational issues independently and proactively. Team Leadership & Development Supervise and develop the Operations Supervisor and branch staff.
Foster teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance culture. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching. Business Growth & Customer Management
Support business development initiatives with the Sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, and vendors. Contribute to achieving branch revenue and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Export & Import procedures.
- Solid understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Logistics Operations.
- Experience in customer service management and overseas agent coordination.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Favorably Batam residence
- COMPENSATION & BENEFIT : To be discussed during the interview process
- WORKING CONDITIONS :
- Days: Monday–Friday (Full-time), Saturday (Half-day)
- Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00, Sat 08:00–12:00
