Kualifikasi

• Experience in applying for Masterlist (duty-free list) status is preferred
• Experience in import clearance for large-scale engineering projects is preferred
• Additional Merits:
• Experience in logistics coordination or warehouse management
• Familiarity with policies governing Indonesian Special Economic Zones and Free Trade Zones
• Possession of a customs broker’s licence or relevant professional certification

Tanggung Jawab

• Responsible for customs management, logistics coordination and warehouse management of imported goods for the Indonesia project. The role focuses primarily on customs matters (approximately 70%), whilst also covering logistics and warehouse management (ap
• Responsible for the end-to-end customs clearance management of imported goods for the Indonesia project, including import customs declarations, calculation of duties and taxes, and coordination of customs inspections
• Coordinate the declaration, tracking, updating and maintenance of the Masterlist (duty-exemption list) to ensure imported goods benefit from duty exemption policies in a timely manner
• Manage logistics within Indonesia, including the organisation of the entire logistics process for the transfer of goods from the main port to the project site, as well as carrier management
• Participate in project warehousing planning and inventory management
• Monitor changes in Indonesian customs policies and regulations, and promptly update the company’s compliance procedures to ensure that import and export activities comply with the requirements of Indonesian Customs and the BKPM

• Essential Criteria:
• Candidates have full working rights for Indonesia; able to communicate professionally in English Or Chinese will be Advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in customs clearance or at a customs brokerage firm in Indonesia; familiar with Indonesian customs regulations and clearance procedures
• Familiar with the operation of the INSW and CEISA systems
