About the role We are looking for an experienced Deputy Export Import Managerto lead and manage end-to-end export & import operationscustoms compliance, and international trade activitiessupporting our mining and smelting operations.The ideal candidate will ensure efficient customs clearance,regulatory compliance, accurate trade documentation, andeffective coordination with government authorities andlogistics partners. Key responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end Export & Importoperations Handle customs clearance and ensure compliancewith Indonesian Customs regulations. Prepare and manage export/import documentatior including Master List, Commercial Invoice, Packing List,COO, B/L, AWB, HS Code, PIB & PEB. Coordinate with Directorate General of Customs &Excise (Ministry of Finance), PPJK, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, and other Government Authorities Manage Master List facilities, customs permits and import realization. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearance Control logistics costs, evaluate vendor performance, and drive operational efficiency to ensure on-time delivery and minimise delays Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensuresmooth business operations. Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders and shipping agents to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods Monitor and track shipments throughout the supply chain Ensure all international trade transactions comply with customs regulations, tariff classifications and international trade
