Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional Akuntansi untuk bergabung sebagai AP & Cost Account Officer dengan penempatan di Jakarta. Peran ini menuntut ketelitian tinggi dalam melakukan verifikasi faktur melalui prosedur 3-way matching, mengelola pelaporan Accounts Payable, melakukan pencatatan biaya secara akurat, serta memantau biaya berbasis proyek untuk mendukung kelancaran penutupan buku bulanan dan kebutuhan audit perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Verify vendor invoices through strict 3-way matching (Invoice, PO, GR/BAST) to ensure contract compliance and prevent duplicate payments; Input invoices into SAP and monitor AP Aging Reports to ensure timely payments and avoid penalties; Coordinate with Procurement and operational users to resolve any discrepancies in POs, pricing, or quantities; Perform cost accruals, record all liabilities, and prepare accurate supporting documents for month-end closing and audits; Monitor project-based costs and prepare monthly costing data to support financial forecasting.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Cost Accounting or a related field; Strong knowledge of AP processes, 3-way matching, accruals, AP aging, reconciliation, and month-end closing; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP systems; High attention to detail and accuracy, with good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills; Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
