Operations Management Lead and manage the daily Air Freight Import & Export operations. Ensure timely and accurate shipment execution while maintaining service quality. Resolve operational issues, shipment exceptions, and customer escalations. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and international freight forwarding standards. Work closely with the Sales team to provide competitive air freight solutions. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor shipment volumes, profitability, and operational KPIs. Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. IATA & Regulatory Compliance Support the company's IATA accreditation, membership, and certification process. Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), and airline requirements. Coordinate with relevant authorities and external auditors during certification and compliance reviews. Maintain updated knowledge of international air cargo regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Air Freight Operations, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role; Strong knowledge of international air freight operations and freight forwarding processes; Experience working with airlines, GSAs, and overseas agents; Familiarity with IATA Cargo regulations, airline procedures, and compliance requirements; Experience supporting or managing IATA accreditation/membership is highly preferred; IATA Cargo Introductory, Cargo Rating, Cargo Operations, or Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certification is an advantage; Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding/CRM systems; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Preferred Candidate Profile:; Proven experience in obtaining or maintaining IATA certification/accreditation; Well-established network with airlines and key logistics partners; Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international air cargo requirements; Ability to lead operational excellence while supporting business development initiatives; Results-oriented with excellent people management and project coordination skills.
