Posisi ini merupakan pengganti cuti melahirkan (Maternity Leave Replacement) yang berbasis di Mayapada Tower 1, Jakarta Selatan. Peran ini bertanggung jawab memimpin dan mengawasi operasional farmasi di seluruh Filmore Medical Clinics dan Apotek Filmore Pharma. Tugas utama mencakup manajemen staf farmasi, pengawasan inventaris, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi farmasi, serta pengembangan SOP operasional. Supervisor juga berperan dalam melatih tim, berkolaborasi dengan tim medis dan komersial untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pasien, serta menganalisis data operasional untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee pharmacy operations across Filmore Medical Clinics and Apotek Filmore Pharma; Ensure adequate pharmacist staffing by supporting recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce planning; Monitor inventory management, stock accuracy, medication availability, and procurement; Develop, implement, and continuously improve pharmacy SOPs and operational workflows; Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and quality assurance; Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team; Coordinate product knowledge sessions; Support the growth of Apotek Filmore Pharma by identifying new product opportunities; Collaborate with medical, operations, and commercial teams; Monitor pharmacy performance, analyze operational data, and prepare reports.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker); Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pharmacist; At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or healthcare setting.
