PT Armada Lintas Khatulistiwa is looking for an English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication in English. Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in English Provide accurate information about company products and services Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Process customer requests and update records accurately Meet performance targets, including service quality and customer satisfaction Escalate complex cases when necessary Follow company procedures and contribute to service improvements Fluent in spoken and written English with clear communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and listening skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computers and call center systems Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate (SMA/SMK) Willing to work full-time with flexible schedules
