Job Descriptions Input and process orders from social media, e-commerce, and website. Respond to customer inquiries from social media, email, e-commerce, and website.

Manage and update product stock information on e-commerce. Handle customer complaints and provide information regarding lens stock availability. Ensuring that all packaging is done as per the company’s standard.

Maintain e-commerce account performance. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SMA/K, preferably a Bachelor's Degree.

Able to prioritize work and to work well independently and as a team. Proficient in Ms Office. Willing to work on a shift based schedule & placed in Renon, Bali.
