This position is for an Accounting Finance Supervisor within a retail company. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, and managing the accounting team. Your duties include monitoring cash flow, managing vendor payments, and controlling sales transactions from multiple outlets. You will also perform financial analysis, provide insights to management, and ensure internal controls are in place to mitigate financial risks. Strong leadership and proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems are essential for this role.
Tanggung jawab: Manage accounting, finance, taxation, and financial reporting processes; Perform bank, cash, receivable, and payable reconciliations; Handle monthly closing and financial statement preparation; Monitor cash flow, cash advance, petty cash, and vendor payments; Control sales transactions and analyze discrepancies (EDC, QRIS, marketplace, payment gateway); Identify potential risks in financial transactions; Lead and review the work of the Accounting & Finance team.
Kualifikasi: Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance; Experience in retail, F&B, or distributor companies is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS); Experience with accounting software or ERP systems; Understanding of Indonesian taxation.
