Posisi Accounting and Finance Manager bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengarahkan manajemen keuangan, kepatuhan regulasi, efektivitas operasional, serta melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan di seluruh fungsi keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee accounting, tax, financial reporting, and analysis activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information for management and relevant stakeholders; Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and other requirements, including Indonesia and IFRS as applicable; Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, procedures, financial systems, and reconciliation processes to maintain financial accuracy and compliance; Oversee Finance, Accounting, and Investment Operations, ensuring proper execution of daily processes, adherence to established procedures, and effective coordination across functions; Drive Accounting & Finance transformation initiatives and strategic projects to enhance systems, processes, and overall function effectiveness.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum 7 years of financial management experience in life insurance or big four experience with life insurance clientele; Proficient in accounting systems (SUN), Microsoft Office 365, accounting principles, and database handling; Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
