Posisi Finance, Accounting, Tax Lead membutuhkan seorang profesional dengan gelar sarjana di bidang Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait serta pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di industri retail atau FMCG, diutamakan dari bisnis supermarket. Peran ini menuntut penguasaan mendalam terhadap sistem keuangan, kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat, ketelitian tinggi, serta tanggung jawab penuh dalam mengawasi operasional keuangan harian, perpajakan, dan arus kas perusahaan di area SCBD, Jakarta Selatan secara WFO penuh dari Senin hingga Jumat.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting; Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash flow to support effective financial operations; Ensure accurate financial records, account reconciliations, and periodic financial reporting; Monitor cash flow projections, working capital, and payment schedules to maintain the company’s financial stability; Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies; Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions; Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth financial processes; Lead, supervise, and develop team members while ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of departmental targets.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail or FMCG industry, preferably in a supermarket business; Previous experience at Senior Supervisor or Junior Manager level is required; Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash flow management, and financial reporting; Proficient in SAP and familiar with financial systems and processes; Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
