Xiaomi is a global technology company specializing in consumer electronics and smart manufacturing. This role serves as a regional retail operator responsible for managing both directly operated and authorized stores within the assigned territory. The Area Manager will lead regional teams, oversee store operations, and implement sales strategies to ensure market share growth and brand excellence. Key responsibilities include coordinating operational activities, setting sales targets, and monitoring store standards to maximize efficiency. The position also involves team empowerment through training and talent development, as well as collaborating with retail platforms and suppliers to expand the business footprint and maintain strong dealer relationships.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or above; Experience in the 3C industry (mobile phones, computers, wearable electronic devices, Electrical products); Fluent in spoken English; Prior experience in managing area stores (10-20+ stores) is preferred.
