What will your Responsibility: Managing and overseeing the operations of all utility equipment, including Boiler, Air Compressor, Chiller, Genset, Water distribution pumps and other supporting utilities. Ensuring the availability of utilities according to production needs and Controlling utility operational parameters to meet standards.Optimizing the efficiency of energy, fuel, water, and compressed air usage. Managing operations WWTP, STP and WTP. Making sure the process water and wastewater quality meet internal standards and government regulations.Controlling the use of chemical treatments effectively – efficiently and are properly documented. Develop annual Preventive, Predictive, Corrective maintenance program for Making sure the reliability of utility and treatment system equipment. Controlling the availability of critical spare parts.Monitor all repair and maintenance activities and identifying potential damage for taking preventive actions.. Lead 6S program in maintenance area to ensure this program is properly implemented. Active in HSE implementation program and communicate all HSE program and policy to all subordinates and contractors.Identify opportunities and problem areas for targeted improvement by creating, reviewing, and monitoring data or reports that show performance to KPI's. (Specifically, productivity, waste, quality, and safety) Lead team to identify area for improvement, develop, and execute the improvement initiative and monitor the implementation to increase process & cost effectiveness and productivity as well keeping the company up to date with technology and the continual modernization of plant and equipment used in operations and production.
Kualifikasi: Must willing to be based at the Kendal Plant, Central Java.; This role must have strong WWTP background and experience; Bachelor degree of electrical, environmental or preffered.; Minimum Diploma / bachelor’s degree or 5 year in manufacturing; Excellent skills in English both in verbal and writing is highly preferable.; Strong communication and organizational skills; Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills; Strong leadership and team management skills promoting teamwork, respect, and operational discipline.; Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.; Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software.; Capable read wiring diagram; Have certification of K3 Listrik and waste treatment.
