Supervise the execution of each link of production to ensure the standardization and smooth operation of the production process. Implement Cost saving or cost reduction in each production process Implement 5S management and actively improve production quality & team personnel Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any major Experience as Production Supervisor or Production Head in Cable Company Good in English
