Plan production schedules and manage workshop resources to achieve delivery targets. Ensure product quality complies with ISO/API/ASME standards. Manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and develop workshop teams while maintaining safety and operational excellence. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial workshop operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in valve manufacturing, valve repair, or flow control products is highly preferred. Familiar with ERP/MRP systems, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
