Job Purpose Managing the team of HSE professionals in integrated Poly, PET, Spinning, Fabric multiple complex operations. HSE governance, digital and culture transformation in multiple sites, compliance to EHS regulations, team and capability building, mentoring EHS systems implementation. Core Responsibilities Contribute to the development and implementation of various HSE programs and procedures (ergonomics, lockout, inspections and scheduled audits) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Key Interactions • Manages HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements. • Implement and sustain a positive health, safety and environmental culture through the application of the management systems framework in moderately complex site. • Builds strong relationships across functions to ensure the organization understands and are accountable for their roles and responsibilities and are committed to driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture. • Leads hazard identification, environmental aspect identification and risk assessment programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities and gaps in health, safety and environmental compliance obligations. • Develops and manages support content ensuring it is up to date, controlled and available while adhering to data privacy regulations. • Drives improvement to health, safety and environmental performance metrics using a risk-based and data-driven approach.
