About the role We are seeking a Production Assistant Manager to join Standard Biosensor Healthcare in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to take a key role in overseeing and optimising our production operations. As Production Assistant Manager, you will work closely with senior management to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, maintain quality standards, and support the strategic objectives of our production facility. This role is integral to the success of our operations and directly impacts the quality and delivery of our biosensor healthcare products. What you'll be doing Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure targets are met on schedule and within budget Monitoring production quality and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with industry standards and company specifications Assisting in the planning and scheduling of production runs, materials, and workforce requirements Supporting the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives Conducting safety inspections and promoting a strong safety culture across the production floor Training, mentoring and providing guidance to production team members to enhance their skills and performance Documenting production data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for management Liaising between production, quality assurance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes and recommending solutions Assisting with equipment maintenance scheduling and troubleshooting operational issues What we're looking for
