The Wealth Management Program (WMP) is a 1-year intensive development program designed for young professionals interested in economic trends and investment. BCA aims to strengthen its business by providing comprehensive training to prepare participants for a career in wealth management. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be appointed as permanent employees and placed in BCA branch offices as Wealth Specialists. In this role, they will support the marketing team by providing tailored investment product solutions to meet the financial needs of BCA customers.
