WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Ensure accurate and timely receiving, issuing, and recording of materials, raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.

Lead, assign, and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency and productivity. Ensure proper material handling, storage practices, and warehouse organization in accordance with company standards. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.

Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, FIFO/FEFO principles (where applicable), and company policies. Maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and inventory records accurately and timely.

Ensure warehouse operations comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and maintain good housekeeping (5S/5R). Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or 5 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Staff in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, and material handling. Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate, or equivalent), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
