Carlcare After Sales merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan purna jual. Posisi Warehouse Leader bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan memantau operasional gudang harian guna memastikan kelancaran alur barang. Tugas utama meliputi pengawasan staf gudang, pengaturan tugas harian, serta memastikan penyimpanan material yang terorganisir sesuai sistem lokasi. Selain itu, peran ini bertanggung jawab atas akurasi inventaris melalui pengecekan fisik dan siklus, serta koordinasi pengiriman material ke pusat layanan cabang.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and material dispatch; Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations; Ensure materials are properly stored and organized according to the warehouse bin/location system; Conduct regular physical checks and cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches system records; Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the system; Support timely preparation and dispatch of materials to branch after-sales service centers; Coordinate with picking team and third-party logistics (3PL) team for accurate and on-time delivery; Provide daily operational updates and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
