Waiter dan Waitress adalah bagian penting dari tim operasional restoran yang enerjik, ramah, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan prima untuk menyambut serta memberikan pengalaman bersantap yang memuaskan bagi setiap tamu. Peran ini mencakup pemberian informasi menu, pencatatan pesanan secara akurat, penyajian makanan dan minuman sesuai standar pelayanan, serta menjaga kebersihan area makan secara menyeluruh. Selain itu, pramusaji dituntut untuk mampu berkomunikasi secara sopan, berkoordinasi secara solid dengan bagian dapur, bar, dan kasir, serta mematuhi seluruh tata tertib dan standar operasional prosedur perusahaan demi menciptakan kenyamanan dan kepuasan pelanggan yang optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Greet and seat customers at available tables; Provide menu information and explain food and beverage options to customers; Record and input customer orders correctly and communicate them to the kitchen or bar; Serve food and beverages according to orders, service standards, and specified times; Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints politely, reporting to management if necessary; Maintain cleanliness and neatness of tables, chairs, service areas, and dining equipment; Collaborate with kitchen, bar, cashier, and other staff to ensure smooth operations; Verify orders and bills to ensure they match customer orders; Comply with standard operating procedures (SOP), company regulations, and health and safety standards; Maintain professional and discipline while working.
