Valstar Hotel adalah penyedia layanan perhotelan yang berlokasi di Badung, Bali. Kami mencari individu yang antusias untuk bergabung dalam tim hospitality kami. Sebagai Waiter/Waitress, Anda akan menjadi garda terdepan dalam memberikan pengalaman tamu yang luar biasa, memastikan layanan makanan dan minuman di restoran, bar, atau area fungsi berjalan dengan sempurna dan berkesan.
Tanggung jawab: Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming first impression; Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and special offerings; Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, following proper service protocols and procedures; Maintain impeccable table presentation, including setting tables, clearing courses, and ensuring cleanliness throughout service; Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns or special requirements with courtesy and professionalism; Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately; Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders; Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices; Maintain knowledge of current promotions, menu updates, and hotel facilities to provide informed recommendations; Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy service periods.
